Hezbollah Attacks Haifa, Israel Strikes Back in Lebanon
To take the revenge of the supreme leader of Iran, Hezbollah launched a rocket and drone attack on Israeli city Haifa. In the response of that attack, Israel launched airstrikes on Lebanon, and killed at least 31 people and targeted Hezbollah infrastructure. Israel’s defense minister has labeled Hezbollah's leader a target for "elimination." Meanwhile, the Lebanese government has condemned Hezbollah's actions as irresponsible and moved to ban the group's military activities, sparking internal political tension. After this violence, the 15-month ceasefire collapsed and caused the spread of the US-Israel conflict with Iran into Lebanon.
